The inexorable and long-lasting period of the gold fluctuation seems to be never-ending. The economists forecast that the precious metals will continue to rise.
The customer who has to face a gold wedding band purchase, has to spend a lot compared with a purchase taken place few months before. For this reason, 9kt gold (375), previously snubbed, is every week more appreciated, consequently the demand for these is increasing.
9kt gold has a long tradition in the Anglo-saxon countries. where it is appreciated also for its resistance and thought to be perfect for creating jewels daily put on, as the wedding bands.
Aurum started to make jewels in 9kt almost 40 years ago, exporting a lot in UK from the beginning.
This long path, made by the research on the best alloys to be used, has let Aurum to get products with really good features, particularly about the yellow and rose gold ones, which aesthetically are 100% identical to the 18kt wedding bands.
In fact, the colour does not cover the jewel but it is the colour of the very alloy used to make the ring. This peculiarity is really important to understand the difference between jewels, even if the same is the metal title.
Recently we have been observing a huge increase of request in 9k also in the Italian/European market; as referred by our customers, the end user has started to realise that the product is not so different and, for its lower price, it is more reachable, and this is more appreciated by the young customers in particular.
